What are your fees?
Building Blocks offers an initial phone consultation at no cost to help parents determine if our services are the right fit for the needs of your child & family. To learn more about our current evaluation and treatment fees, please take a moment to review our new client intake forms.
Do you accept insurance?
Building Blocks is a fee-for-service practice. However, we are happy to provide parents with the documentation needed to submit claims to insurance companies and receive reimbursement for our services. We encourage all parents to contact their insurance company prior to their child’s first session to determine if they qualify for benefits. If your insurance company covers speech and language therapy, please notify us prior to your child’s session so that we can provide you with the appropriate documentation to submit for reimbursement directly.
We understand that working directly with a health insurance company is unfamiliar for many parents. We are happy to guide you through the process and help ensure that you are maximizing your child’s available health care benefits.
Do you offer a sliding scale fee?
We do not offer a sliding scale fee for families seeking our services. At Building Blocks, we make every effort to ensure that our evaluation and treatment fees are fair, reasonable, and commensurate with the services provided. We are cognizant that private therapy can be a significant financial commitment for families. In cases where our established fee structure is inappropriate for a child & his or her family, Building Blocks makes every effort to assist families in finding comparable services at an acceptable cost.
Our goal is to equip parents with the knowledge & resources they need to make a decision about evaluation & therapy services that is right for their family. Please contact us at email@example.com and we would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
